Monthly newsletter

A little Utah news, once a month.

Once a month I send out a short, friendly email with fun things to do around Utah, a seasonal tip for your home, and a quick check-in on the housing market.

It's the kind of email I'd want to get myself: easy to read, useful, and written by me. If something in it sparks a question, just hit reply.

What's in each issue

  • Things to do nearby

Local events and seasonal outings, with dates and links so you can make plans. October had haunted nights at Lagoon, corn mazes, WitchFest at Gardner Village and a pumpkin patch.

  • A seasonal home check-in

A short checklist to keep your home in good shape, like getting the sprinklers blown out and swapping the furnace filter before winter.

  • A quick market snapshot

A couple of the latest numbers from UtahRealEstate.com, such as how many homes are for sale and how long they're taking to sell, without the jargon.

  • Easy next steps, if you want them

A link to search homes and a way to ask for your free home value whenever you're curious. No pressure either way.

  • A note from me

Every issue comes from me, and replies come straight to my inbox.

Here's my October 2026 newsletter, "Happy fall, friends! Fun things to do + a quick market check-in." It had four fall outings, a pre-winter home checklist and the month's market numbers.

Event dates and market numbers were current when it went out.
